Equipment: Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including tables, chairs, lighting, extension cords, etc. that are necessary for the user experience. Wonder Chamber will only be providing the physical space. *No canopies will be allowed inside of Wonder Chamber. Location Assignment: Vendor location inside of Wonder Chamber is first come, first served. Each spot is available to reserve on our site and will be locked in for the event upon receipt of payment. Both the location and the vendor fee are non-transferable. Wonder Chamber reserves the right to modify vendor locations as deemed necessary. Product/Service Restrictions: Vendors are prohibited from selling or promoting goods and services that include drugs or drug related material, profanity, nudity, hate speech, harassment, etc. Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, and cooperative manner when interacting with customers and other vendors. Failure to do so may result in immediate dismissal from the event without a refund and exclusion from future events. Property Respect: Vendors agree to respect Wonder Chamber's property and ensure that no damage occurs. This includes thoroughly cleaning their designated space upon closing. Trash Disposal: Vendors will be provided with a trash bag during setup and are responsible for collecting and disposing of all waste in the designated dumpster at the end of the event. Vendors are fully responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their assigned booth area. Risk and Liability: Vendors assume all risks associated with participating in Wonder Chamber's SHIFT event, including risks related to theft, power failure, damage from customers, etc. Vendor Fee: A non-refundable vendor fee of $35 + tax is due upon application approval and must be paid online through the official Wonder Chamber link no later than 7:00 PM on the Monday prior to the event. Setup Time: Vendors may begin setting up no earlier than 6:30 PM on the day of the event and must be ready by 8:00PM. Food Vendors: Food vendors must comply with Texas food safety regulations and the requirements outlined by the City of San Antonio Metropolitan Health District.
